Feeling that they want to sell at all costs regardless of the result or customer satisfaction.

2 years of laser hair removal treatment with an extra year of guarantee if 95% of the hair does not disappear, that is what I contracted for my daughter (22 years old). Neither have 95% of the hair disappeared nor have they complied with the one-year warranty. Of course, they have given us a new quote with a 50% discount so that it can continue for another two years. I feel cheated 🤬.
